FRIDAYS FARMHOUSE PRODUCTION

Our 2027 crop production is being planned along with drip irrigation installation to provide a variety of organic, fresh produce!  We will also have fresh eggs available along with baby chicks for those who prefer to start their own flock!

CROP PRODUCTION

Our main crops will always be purple hull peas and cream peas, but we are also planning to have other crops, including: tomatoes, okra, bell pepper, jalapeno peppers, banana peppers, squash and cucumbers with the possibility of potatoes, onions, corn and plums!  Our future plans include expanding from vegetable to fruits as well pecans!

​Chicks and Eggs

We will have chicks in the spring of 2027 that will have the possibility of laying a rainbow of colorful eggs.  Most of our hens are color egg layers ranging from the traditional white and brown to shades of blues and greens with a few speckles here and there!  Chicks will be barnyard mix and straight run coming from hens that are Whiting True Blue, Whiting True Green, Black Copper Maran, Leghorns and Cream Legbar.  

We also offer fresh eggs as well!
